摘要
目的:研究七花颗粒对2型糖尿病模型大鼠血糖、血脂的影响。方法:通过高脂饲料+STZ诱导2型糖尿病大鼠模型,观察并检测七花颗粒干预4周后,大鼠血滑GLU、TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C、Hb A1c水平。结果:七花颗粒2型糖尿病大鼠模型GLU、TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C、Hb A1c指标水平均有改善。结论:七花颗粒对糖尿病引起的大鼠糖脂代谢异常改善效果明显。
Objective Effects of drugs on biochemical indices of each group in the rats. Methods Experimental group fed with high fat feed besides streptozotocin injected to induce T2DM rat model,. Four weeks after administration, testing blood GLU, TG, TC, HDL- C, LDL- C, HbAle Indicators. Collection liver, kidney, pancreas, to observe the histopathological changes. Results The QiHua Granule can improve glucose and lipid metabolism in diabetic Rat Model GLU, TG, TC, HDL- C, LDL- C, HbAlc indexes. Conclusion The QiHua Granule can significantly improve glucose and lipid metabolism in diabetic rats induced abnormalities
