摘要 建立氧化还原滴定法测定液态海藻碘类产品中碘含量。实验结果表明,液态海藻碘类产品中的碘化物在酸性介质中,会被次氯酸钠氧化成碘酸根,碘酸根将碘化钾氧化析出单质碘,用硫代硫酸钠溶液滴定,可以定量测定碘含量。这种方法的检出限为0.10mg/kg,平均回收率为95.5%-103.1%,标准偏差为0.0013—0.0019,变异系数为0.002—0.011。本方法设备简单、精密度和重现性好,用于实际样品的测定可以获得满意的结果。 Oxidant reduction titration was established for the determination of iodine content in liquid seaweed iodine product. The experimental results showed that the iodide of liquid seaweed iodine products could be oxidized into iodate ion by sodium hypochlorit in acid medium, and potassium iodide was oxidized and separated out iodine by iodate ion. The iodine content could be determined by titration of sodium thiosulfate solution. The detection limit of this method was 0. 10 mg/kg, the average recovery was 95.5% - 103.1%, the standard deviation was 0.0013-0.0019, the variation coefficient was 0.002 -0. 011. This method was of simple equipment, good precision and high repeatability. It could obtain satisfactory results for the determination of actual samples.
