摘要
我国含铁、锰地下水分布甚广,人体过量摄入铁锰会对机体产生一定的副作用。生物除锰技术得到了国内外学者的广泛研究和应用。目前生物除锰技术在工艺参数的选取和优化以及影响因素的控制等方面已经取得了较为成熟的研究成果,但机理方面的研究还不够深入,生物除锰的机理研究,尤其是酶学研究将是重要发展方向。
The groundwater containing iron and manganese is widely distributed in China. Excessive intake of iron and manganese can produce certain side effect to the body. Biological removal of manganese technology has been widely studied and applied by scholars at home and abroad. At present,biological removal of manganese technology has achieved relatively mature research results in the selection and optimization of process parameters and the control of influencing factors,but there is still insufficient research on mechanism,and research on enzymology is an important direction of development.
