摘要 [目的]探讨不同栽培条件对红景天叶绿素含量的影响,为提高其产量提供理论依据。[方法]以红景天属植物为研究对象,设置5个水分处理,3个氮、磷、钾肥处理,以及不同的遮阴处理,研究不同处理红景天叶绿素含量的变化。[结果]不同水分处理狭叶红景天叶绿素含量均高于对照,且在重度干旱条件下达到最大值。氮肥处理狭叶红景天叶绿素含量增加,磷肥处理叶绿素含量减少,随着钾肥施肥量的增加,叶绿素含量呈先减少后增加的趋势。不同遮阴处理条件下,不同种的红景天叶绿素含量变化不同,与全光照相比,大花红景天和狭叶红景天叶绿素含量减少,长鞭红景天叶绿素含量显著增加。[结论]在不同环境中,红景天会通过调节叶绿素含量来保证光合作用的正常进行,在红景天栽培过程中,适当的水分胁迫、施肥及遮阴有利于红景天叶绿素的合成。 [Objective] The aim was to study the effect of different cultivation conditions on chlorophyll content to increase plant yield.[Method]Five water treatments,three fertilization treatments of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium,and different shading treatments set up to study change of chlorophyll content of Rhodiola plants under different treatments.[Result]Under the different watering treatments,compared with the control,chlorophyll content of Rhodiola kirilowii increased,and it was the maximum under severe drought stress. Under nitrogen fertilizer treatments,chlorophyll content of R. kirilowii increased,whereas chlorophyll content decreased under phosphorus fertilizer treatments. With the increasing of potassium fertilizer,chlorophyll content initially decreased but subsequently increased. Under different shading treatments,the changes of chlorophyll content of Rhodiola plants were different. Compared with chlorophyll content in the full sun,chlorophyll content of R. crenulata and R. kirilowii decreased,whereas chlorophyll content of R. astigiata increased significantly under shading.[Conclusion]Under different environmental conditions,Rhodiola plants alter chlorophyll content to ensure photosynthesis. When Rhodiola plants are cultivated,proper water stress,fertilization and shading are beneficial to the synthesis of chlorophyll.
