摘要
采用氧漂法对棕榈纤维进行漂白,比较漂白前后纤维结构和力学性能变化,并根据漂白效果及力学性能保持度确定出最佳的漂白方案。结果表明,在5.0%双氧水,1.2%硅酸钠,1.0%渗透剂ZSW-3,p H=11~12的漂液中,升温至90℃,漂白60 min条件下,棕榈纤维漂白效果最好,漂白后的纤维结构未发生较大变化。
Palm fibers were bleached with Oxygen bleaching method. The changes of fibrous structure and mechanical property were compared before and after bleaching, and the optimum conditions were determined by bleaching effect and mechanical property retention. The results showed that the bleaching effect of palm fiber was optimum under the condition of hydrogen peroxide 5.0%, sodium silicate 1.2%, ZSW-3 1.0%, p H value 11~12, temperature rising to 90 ℃ and bleaching for 60 min, and the fiber structures did not change after bleaching.
