摘要
细胞数目是判断细胞生长状况的重要指标之一,如何实现细胞数目的快速、准确统计是细胞实验中最常遇到的问题。本文采用细胞计数板法、细胞计数仪法及流式细胞仪法对小鼠颅顶前骨细胞(MC3T3-E1)及人支气管上皮细胞(HBEC)的计数效果进行对比,并分别对这两种细胞的生长曲线进行了绘制。通过对比发现细胞计数仪法是一种快速、准确、成本适中的计数方法。
The number of cells is one of the most important indicators to determine cell living conditions. In this paper, three different methods were used to detected the number of osteoblast cells（MC3T3-E1）and human bronchial epithelial celIs（HBEC）. The results of variable coefficient, testing time and growth curve of two kinds of cells were compared. The conclusion indicated that the cell counter method is a good way to get cell numbers.
