摘要
以党参精油提取率为量化指标,考察了超临界CO_2萃取党参精油工艺,采用单因素试验及正交试验研究提取温度、时间、压力对党参精油提取率的影响,确定的最优工艺条件是萃取温度50℃、萃取时间90 min、萃取压力24 MPa,党参精油的提取率达1.409%。利用GC/MS对党参精油的化学成分进行了分析,鉴定出34种化合物,占总峰面积的83.51%,其主要成分为维生素E、棕榈酸、环酰草胺、肉桂酸、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、肉豆蔻酸、别香橙烯以及柠檬酸三乙酯等,这些物质是构成卷烟香味的重要物质。卷烟加香试验结果表明,卷烟叶组中加入党参精油后,其能与烟香谐调,提高香气质、增大香气量。同时还能起到提高烟气细腻度、增强回甜感、减轻杂气的作用。
The influencing factors in the supercritical CO_2 fluid extraction process for extracting essential oils from Radix Codonopsis were studied. The optimal process for the extraction was obtained by orthogonal experiments based on single factor tests of temperature, time and pressure. The results showed that the optimum process was extraction temperature at 50 ℃,time for 90 min, and extraction pressure at 24 MPa. Under these conditions, the oil yield was 1.409%. The volatile components in the Radix Codonopsis essential oils were analyzed by gas chromatography mass spectrometry. 34 kinds of compositions were identified, accounting for 83.51% of the total peak area. And the major compounds were vitamin E, palmitic acid, cypromid, cinnamic acid, dibutyl phthalate, myristic acid, alloaromadendrene, triethyl citrate and so on. Most of the components were important components in cigarette smoke. The essential oil of different concentration was added to cigarette and tasted. The results showed that the Radix Codonopsis essential oils could be harmonized with fragrant of tobacco, and increase the aroma quantity. Moreover, it could improve the smoothness and sweetness, while decrease offensive odor of cigarette smoke.
