摘要
目的:提升消毒供应中心护理人员的科研意识及科研能力,促进消毒供应中心学科发展。方法:通过成立科研小组,召开科研小组会议,讨论消毒供应中心科研选题、科研计划、科研开展的具体实施方案。重视小组成员科研培训,组织科研小组成员外出进行科研知识学习。结果:科研活动的开展增强了科室护理人员的团队凝聚力,提高了我科护理人员的创新能力和科研开展能力。通过对科研小组成员30人进行问卷调查,有73.3%的护理人员认为能够提高护理创新能力,有93.3%的护理人员认为能提高团队凝聚力,86.6%的成员认为能提高自身科研能力。结论:消毒供应中心需要不断开展科研活动,促进学科发展。
Objective：To enhance the scientific research awareness and scientific research capabilities of nurses at the central sterile supply department and to promote the development of the department. Methods：Through the establishment of scientific research group and the research group meetings,scientific research topics,research programs and specific implementation plans of the central sterile supply department were discussed. High attention was attached to the scientific research and training of the team members. The scientific research team members were organized to go out to learn research knowledge. Re-sults：The implementation of scientific research activities enhanced the team cohesion of nursing staff and improved the innovation ability and scientific re-search ability of our nursing staff. The questionnaires of 30 members of the research group displayed that 73. 3% of the nurses thought that these activities could improve the ability of nursing innovation,93. 3% of the nurses thought that these activities could improve the cohesion of the team,and 86. 6% of the nurses thought that these activities could improve their scientific research ability. Conclusion：The central sterile supply department needs to carry out contin-uous scientific research activities and promote the development of the discipline.
