摘要
建立超高效液相色谱法测定白酒中纽甜不确定度评定的数学模型,全面考虑测量过程中的不确定度来源,并对各个不确定分量进行量化处理,得出纽甜残留量的扩展不确定度。结果表明,样品称样量为10.0 mg/kg时,测定白酒中纽甜含量为2.0 mg/kg±0.3 mg/kg。本方法适用于超高效液相色谱法测定白酒中纽甜的不确定度评定。
The mathematical model for evaluating the uncertainties in the determination of neotame in Baijiu by HPLC had been set up based on full consideration of all uncertainty sources in the determination process. Besides, each uncertainty component was quantified and the expanding uncertainty was obtained. The results suggested that, neotame content was (2.0±0.3) mg/kg in Baijiu (weighing sample as 10.0 mg/kg). This method was applicable to the evaluation of the uncertainties in the determination of neotame in Baijiu by UPLC.
