摘要
实验采用松油醇-二乙二醇丁醚醋酸酯-柠檬酸三丁酯的溶剂体系,通过改变三种溶剂的质量比,考察了溶剂对晶硅太阳能电池背电极用银浆的性能影响,并利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、综合热分析仪(TG-DTA)等仪器对样品进行了表征。实验结果表明,松油醇、二乙二醇丁醚醋酸酯、柠檬酸三丁酯按2∶2∶3的质量比配制的背面银浆性能更佳,其膜层致密、焊接拉力高,并且光电性能更优。
System of terpineol molecule-diethylene glycol monobutyl ether acetate-tributyl citrate was used in experimentals.The effect of solvents on properties of silver paste for back electrode of silicon solar cells was investigated by changed the weight ratio of three solvents.The products were characterized by SEM,TG-DTA.The results showed when weight ratio of terpineol molecule:diethylene glycol monobutyl ether acetate:tributyl citrate was 2∶2∶3,back silver paste which was prepared by the mixed solvents had a compact film,an excellent solder tension,and a better photoelectric property.
