摘要
利用响应面法对白头翁(Pulsatilla chinensis)皂苷的微波提取条件进行了优化。在单因素试验基础上,利用Box-Behnken中心组合设计原理及响应面法分析并建立二次回归模型。以乙醇体积分数、微波功率、微波时间为考察因素,以白头翁皂苷提取率为响应值,研究了各因素对白头翁皂苷提取率的影响。确定最佳微波提取条件为乙醇体积分数50%、微波功率300 W、微波时间4 min,在此条件下,白头翁皂苷提取率达到5.33%。
The response surface methodology was used to optimize the microwave-assisted extraction conditions of pulchinenoside. Based on the single factor experiment,a quadratic regression model was established using the principle of Box-Behnken central composite design and the response surface method. Taking the ethanol volume fraction,microwave power and irradiation time as investigation factors,and extraction rate of pulchinenoside as response value,the effects of various factors on the extraction rate of pulchinenoside were studied. The optimal extraction conditions determined were ethanol volume fraction of 50%,microwave power of 300 W,and extraction time of 4 min. Under these conditions,the extraction rate of pulchinenoside was 5.33%.
