摘要
筛选野生黑木耳废渣中产木质素过氧化物酶的菌株,对存在的漆酶、锰过氧化物酶和木质素过氧化物酶的活力进行测定,并对3种酶的最适温度和最适pH进行考察。结果表明,在33株野生黑木耳菌株中,得到2株产木质素过氧化物酶菌株,废渣中3种酶的平均酶活力分别为54.3、37 200、6.7 U/L;3种酶的最适温度为28-32℃,最适pH为6.2-7.0。废渣中3种酶活力差别较大,锰过氧化物酶活力最强,在降解木质素上起主要作用,木质素过氧化物酶活力最小,作用差。
Bacterial strains which could produce lignin peroxidase were rescreened from the offscum of wild black fungus.Laccase,manganese peroxidase and lignin peroxidase from fungus were determined,optimal temperature and pH were analysed.The results showed that it got two strains which would produce lignin peroxidase from the 33 bacterial strains of wild black fungus,the average activity of three enzymes were 54.3 U / L,37 200 U / L and 6.7 U / L. Optimum temperature and pH of three enzymes were 28 to 32 ℃,6.2 to 7.0. The activity of three enzymes varied greatly. Manganese peroxidase activity was the strongest,played a major role in the degradation of lignin, lignin peroxidase activity was small,had a weak effect.
