摘要
对微藻净化水质进行了初步研究,在模拟废水中分别培养小球藻(Chlorella vulgaris)和栅藻(Desmodesmus),探索了废水成分对两种微藻脱氮除磷的影响。结果表明,微藻净化水质是高效的,只需培养36 h,氨氮的去除率在90%以上,磷去除率在70%以上。废水中的镁源和碳源对两种微藻净化水质有较大的影响,钙、铁、微量元素等成分影响较小。栅藻比小球藻耐受极端环境能力更强,更适合用于富营养化水体的净化。
The preliminary study on the microalgaes purifying water quality was conducted,Chlorella vulgaris and Desmodesmus were cultivated in simulated wastewater to explore the effects of wastewater compositions on water purification by two kinds of microalgaes. The results showed that,water purification by microalgaes were efficient,just cultivating for 36 h,ammonia nitrogen removal rate was over 90%,phosphorus removal rate was over 70%. Magnesium and carbon for two kinds of microalgaes purifying water quality have great influences; The composition such as calcium,iron,and trace elements are unimportant.The tolerance ability to extreme environment of Desmodesmus was stronger than C. vulgaris,which was more suitable for the purification of the eutrophication water bodies.
