负载下钢结构端板连接节点焊接加固受力特性的有限元分析 被引量:1

摘要 为研究负载下端板连接节点焊接加固的有限元分析方法和其受力特性,通过有限元软件ANSYS建立有限元模型,对4个不同初始负载下端板连接节点焊接加固受力特性进行了分析。目前常用的方法仅采用生死单元,并未考虑焊接过程的热影响。本文采用间接热结构耦合的分析方法,考虑了随温度变化钢材材性的变化和焊接热过程,并提出能够考虑负载下焊接加固过程的有限元分析方法。通过将有限元分析结果与试验结果作对比,验证了该有限元模型及分析方法的可行性。有限元分析结果表明,钢结构端板连接节点的焊接加固受力特性受初始负载的影响较大。 In order to study the finite element analysis method used to simulate the end plate connection nodes reinforced by welding under loads and its mechanical characteristics, mechanical properties of four end plate connection nodes beams reinforced by welding under different initial loads were analyzed by applying the general software ANSYS to establish the finite element models. The common method used only the technology of birth and death element without considering welding thermal process. The author had used the indirect thermal structure coupling method in finite element analysis considering the material properties of temperature-dependent stell and the welding thermal process and the finite element analysis method with the influence of welding process under loads taken into consideration was put forward. The effectiveness of the finite element model and the FEA method were verified by the comparison between the finite element analysis results and the test results. The finite element analysis resuhs showed that the initial loads would greatly influence the ultimate bearing capacity of stell-structure end plate connection nodes that reinforced by welding under loads.
