摘要
通过开展混凝土的碳化性能试验,改变钢纤维和聚丙烯纤维的体积含量,在不同碳化龄期下对钢-聚丙烯混杂纤维混凝土的抗碳化性能进行了研究,分析并得出了钢-聚丙烯混杂纤维对混凝土抗碳化性能的增强机理,以及两种不同种类纤维的体积掺量、混凝土强度、碳化龄期和二氧化碳浓度对混凝土碳化深度的影响,提出了钢-聚丙烯混杂纤维混凝土的碳化深度计算公式。
By conducting the concrete carbonation performance test and changing the mixing quantity of the steel fiber and the polypropylene fiber, the carbonation of the hybrid fiber concrete in the different carbonization ages was studied. The reinforced mechanism of the steel-polypropylene hybrid fiber on concrete carbonation performance, the effects of the mixing quantity of the steel fiber, the polypropylene fiber,the grade of the concrete intensity, the influence of carbon dioxide consistence and carbonization age on the carbonization depth were analysed and obtained. At last, the formula of carbonization depth of steel-polypropylene hybrid fiber reinforced concrete was presented.
