摘要
以大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和枯草芽孢杆菌为供试菌,通过滤纸片法比较不同溶剂和干燥方法对桃叶提取物抑菌作用的影响。结果表明,不同干燥方法获得的桃叶提取物对3种供试菌都具有较好的抑菌效果,以先晒后阴法对大肠杆菌的抑菌效果最好,抑菌圈直径最大可达19.3 mm;供试菌的抑菌效果随着菌悬液浓度的降低逐渐增大,对大肠杆菌最显著;不同溶剂的提取物对3种供试菌都有抑制作用,但抑菌效果不同,3种供试菌最佳的提取溶剂都为60%的乙醇。
In order to investigate antimicrobial effect of peach leaf, active components of peach leaf were extracted by different solvents. With Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis as test samples,the influences of different solvent and drying method on antimicrobial effect were studied by using filter paper method. The results showed that,extracts of peach leaf by different drying method all had good inhibitory effect to 3 test bacteria,but the best drying method for 3 bacteria were different,the inhibition diameter of Escherichia coli was 19.3 mm. The antimicrobial effect was gradually increased with the decrease of suspension concentration,and Escherichia coli had the most significant effect. Extracts of different solvent all had inhibitory influence on 3 test bacteria but the antimicrobial effect was different,and the optimal extraction solvent was 60%ethanol.
