摘要
为了提高低阶煤滚筒干燥机的干燥效果,优化滚筒干燥机的工艺技术及其配置,预防滚筒干燥机内煤尘灾害事故的发生,采用流体动力学理论与Fluent模拟软件相结合的方式,针对滚筒干燥机内流场的分布情况进行了数值模拟,对气固两相流的压力场、速度场、温度场结果进行分析。结果表明:压力场内的入风加料罩和出风排料罩处的压力均为负值,基本符合实际;温度场从滚筒干燥机的入口至出口温度的降低趋势大概分为三个阶段:预热阶段、等速干燥阶段、降速干燥阶段;速度场在前半段沿出口方向、径向是逐渐减小的,而后半段趋于稳定。
In order to improve the drying effect,optimize the technology and configurations of low rank coal drum dryer,and to prevent the accident of coal dust disaster,based on the working principle of low rank coal drum drying,the flow field distribution in drum dryer is simulated by the combination of hydrodynamic theory and Fluent simulation software. The pressure field,the velocity field and the temperature field of the gas-solid two-phase flow are analyzed. The results show that the pressure at the inlet wind feeding cover and outlet wind nesting cover of the pressure field is negative,which is basically conform to reality; the temperature downtrend of temperature field can be divided into three stages from the inlet to the outlet of the drum dryer: the preheating stage,the constant drying rate stage and the decelerating drying stage; the front half part of the velocity field along the outlet direction and radial direction gradually reduces,while the second half tends to be stable.
