摘要
研究了用硫脲分子进行表面化学修饰的CdS纳米粒子的合成方法 ,并引入了一些表面活性剂作为平衡反离子 ,进一步对CdS表面作了修饰 ,增加了CdS纳米离子在有机溶剂中的稳定性和可分散性。我们还探讨了温度、浓度、pH等因素对合成的影响 ,并通过紫外 -可见吸收光谱等手段进行了表征。所得微粒呈球形 ,硫脲分子与CdS纳米粒子富Cd2 + 表面通过形成Cd -S配位键而修饰在粒子表面。这种表面修饰的CdS纳米材料在非线性光学及自组装方面具有优异的性能。还研究了含纳米硫化镉的有机
This paper reports synthetic method of the CdS nanoparticles surface-capped with thioutea.Moreover we introduct varies of organic surface actived reagent into surface-mothdified CdS nanoparticles as counter ion,which increase stability and dispersion of CdS nanoparticles in organic solvents.We also study the factors affecting synthesis such as temperature,concentration,pH and so on.The structure of product is characterized by means of FT-IR etc.The results demonstrate that CdS nanoparticles is spherical particle,and it is stable and can disperse well in CH 3Cl,Pyridine.In such nanoparticles,electroneutral ligand of thioutea modify the Cd 2+ rich surface of CdS nanoparticles through Cd-S coordination bonding,counter ion of AOT-SO 3 -exist as the balance charge.This surface-modified CdS nanoparticles have excellent properties in the nonlinear optics and the self-assemble.
