摘要
为快速、准确制定产品工时定额,提出一种基于案例推理的集成式工时估算方法。该方法在对已有案例库精简的基础上,通过支持向量机模型对案例推理结果进行误差补偿,最终估算出工时定额值。首先给出了基于模糊C均值的案例库精简方法,然后构建支持向量机的误差补偿模型,最后以焊接工艺的工时估算为例,对提出的方法进行了实例验证。结果表明:该方法可提高工时定额制定工作的质量和效率,为合理安排生产计划提供了决策依据。
For quick and accurate development of man-hour quota for the product. An integrated method to estimate man-hour quota based on case history reasoning was proposed. On the basis of existing streamlined case library, estimated the exact value of man-hour quota by error compensation of the results of case history reasoning via SVM model. First of all,it should develop the means to streamline the case library based on fuzzy C mean values, then built SVM error compensation model, and finally it took the man-hour estimation for welding process as an example to verify the proposed method. The results show that: this method can improve the quality and efficiency in establishment of man-hour quota and provide a decision-making basis for reasonable arrangements of the production plan.
