摘要
分析了某电厂300 MW机组亚临界锅炉烟风系统阻力状况,结合机组超低排放改造,提出整体优化改造方案。通过电袋除尘系统扩容改造、中间热媒体烟气换热器(MGGH)系统改造、"引增合一"改造、风机选型、优化系统烟风阻力状况,解决了原烟风系统阻力大的问题。在满足机组超低排放环保要求的前提下,使机组烟风系统能耗控制在较低水平。
After analyzing a power plant's 300 MW unit sub-critical boiler flue gas system,combined with ultra-low emission reconstruction,an improvement plan was indicated. By electrostatic-bag precipitator extend,media gas-gas heater improvement,fan collection and system resistance improvement,existing flue gas system resistance was reduced. Besides fulfilling environment protection requirement,the power consumption was reduced.
