摘要
金属钢圈密封作为水下装备密封关键技术之一,广泛应用于水下井口头和水下采油树等装备的重要连接部位。然而,国内研究重点均集中于密封钢圈,对连接部位密封型面设计研究较少。鉴于此,选取应用最广泛的VGX钢圈,基于功能性与安全可靠性要求,设计了2种密封型面,通过有限元计算进行了分析对比,并进行了实验室密封性能测试。研究结果表明:接触面角度差是VGX钢圈密封型面设计的核心要素;Ⅰ型型面与Ⅱ型型面均满足功能性、安全可靠性及使用寿命要求,且各有特点,其中,Ⅰ型型面备用密封比压更高,Ⅱ型型面主密封能力相对更优,可根据具体使用需求选择合适型面。所得结论可为水下装备其他金属密封设计提供借鉴和参考。
Metal gasket seal is one of the key technologies of subsea equipment seal, which is widely applied in the key connection parts of subsea wellhead and subsea tree. However, the current domestic researches have been focused on the seal metal gasket, while litde study has been conducted on the sealing profile design of the connection part. In view of this, taking the most widely used YGX gasket as study object, two kinds of sealing profile have been designed based on functional and safety reliability requirements. Comparison has been conducted- based on the finite element analysis and laboratory sealing performance test, the results showed that the angle difference of the contact surface is the core element of design of VGX gasket sealing profile. Both the I -type and Ⅱ -type profile could meet the requirements of functional, safety, reliability and service life. Ⅰ -type profile features higher seal pressure of backup sealing, the Ⅱ -type profile features better main sealing capacity. Appropriate sealing profile selection should be done according to the specific needs. The conclusion could provide reference for other metal- metal seal design of subsea equipment.
