摘要
钛板热轧机主要用于铸锭的开坯轧制和中厚板产品的成品轧制,其机组配置和装机水平对产品的质量起到非常重要的作用。通过对目前国内钛板热轧机应用现状、机组组成、工艺特点和设备参数的介绍和分析,同时结合钛板热轧温度范围窄、变形抗力大、在高温下金属活泼、容易氧化等特点,重点对专业化的钛板热轧机设计选型和机组配置进行了分析和建议。
Since Titanium sheet hot rolling mill is mainly applied to ingot breakdown and medium plate finished rolling,its configuration and installed level are of great relevance to the product quality. Based on the presentation of application,components,technological characteristics,and equipment parameters of the mill at home as well as combined with the characteristics including narrow temperature range, big resistance to deformation, metal vulnerable to oxidation at high temperature,the paper analyzed and proposed design selection and relevant configuration.
