摘要
目的：探讨溶血对急诊生化检验项目结果的影响.方法：选取我院2014年1月至2015年1月急诊的60例患者人血液标本作为本次研究对象.采用全自动化生化分析仪对溶血标本及正常标本进行检测.结果：溶血与非溶血标中总蛋白（TP）、清蛋白（ALB）、总胆红素（TBIL）、直接胆红素（DBIL）、肌酸激酶（CK）、谷草转氨酶（AST）、谷丙转氨酶（ALT）、乳酸脱氢酶（LDH）、葡萄糖（GLU）、钾（K^＋）以及尿酸（UA）的对比差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;甘油三酯（TG）、肌酐（Cr）、尿胆素（BUN）、钙（Ca^2＋）对比差异无统计学意义.结果：溶血对多个生化检验项目有一定影响,为了保证检验结果的准确性,应尽量减少样本溶血,规范医务人员的操作规范,对血液样本的送检严格把关.
objective： to study the hemolysis on the outcoming of emergency biochemical inspection items. Selection methods： from January 2014 to January 2015 emergency treatment of 60 patients with blood samples as the research object. Using automatic biochemical analyzer to test the hemolysis specimens and the specimens of normal. Results： the hemolysis and hemolysis standard of total protein （TP）, albumin （propagated）, total bilirubin （TBIL）, direct bilirubin （DBIL）, creatine kinase （CK）, aspertate aminotransferase （AST）, alanine aminotransferase （ALT）, lactate dehydrogenase （LDH）, glucose （GLU）, potassium （K^ ＋）, and uric acid （UA） contrast differences statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）; Triglyceride （TG）, creatinine （Cr）, urinary bile pigment （BUN）, calcium （Ca^2 ＋） there was no statistically significant difference compared. Results： the hemolysis has certain influence to multiple biochemical inspection items, in order to ensure the accuracy of the test outcomings, should try to reduce the sample hemolysis, standardize the operation of the medical personnel specification, the blood samples were strictly controlled.
