摘要
本文以六水氯化钴(CoCl_2·6H_2O)和碳酸氢铵(NH_4HCO_3)为原料,采用球磨辅助固相法制备纳米四氧化三钴(Co_3O_4),并对前驱体和产品Co_3O_4进行了热重、红外光谱、X射线衍射、比表面、扫描电镜和紫外-可见吸收光谱等表征。以甲基橙为模拟污染物,考察了Co_3O_4的光催化性能,甲基橙溶液p H值对其脱色性能的影响及催化剂的稳定性。结果表明:球磨辅助对纳米Co_3O_4的比表面参数、形貌、晶粒大小及光催化性能有显著影响。对球磨辅助固相法制备的Co_3O_4光催化性能提高的原因进行了初步讨论。
The cobaltosic oxide powder were prepared by ball milling assisted solid reaction method using CoCl2·6H2O and NH4HCO3 as raw materials.The precursor and Co3O4 product were characterized and analyzed by thermogravimetry,infrared spectrum,XRD,BET SEM and UV-Vis DRS. The photocatalytic activity was evaluated by decolorization of methyl orange solution,the effect of the p H on the decolorizing rate of methyl orange and the stability of catalyst were studied. The results show that the ball milling can influence greatly the specific surface parameters,SEM image,the particle size and the photocatalytic performance;the Co3O4 prepared under the ball milling possesses the high BET surface area,photocatalytic activity,the small pore size and the particle average size,the possible reason for increased photocatalytic performance was discussed.
