摘要
工业4.0技术在工业制造企业高速发展。船舶制造企业属于离散型制造业,其工业自动化和工业信息化的融合也越来越紧密,船舶制造企业对物流和车辆信息的管理需求越来越高。论文针对离散型船舶制造企业车辆使用和管理的现状,依据船舶制造企业对于厂区车辆管理的具体需求,研究并设计了一套基于GIS的船舶制造企业车辆的管理系统,通过该系统来提高企业车辆的使用效率,减少安全隐患,加快物流周期,为进一步实现信息化造船提供基础。
Industry 4. 0 has a rapid development in the industrial manufacturing industry, shipbuilding enterprises are discrete manufacturing, the integration of industrial automation and industrial of information technology has becom increas-ingly close, management needs of shipbuilding enterprise for logistics and vehicle information are increasing.In this paper,aiming at discrete shipbuilding status of the use and management of business vehicles , according to the specific needs of the shipbuilding business for the plant vehicle management, the shipbuilding enterprise vehicle management system is researched and designed based on GIS through the system to improve vehicle use efficiency, reduce security risks, speed up the logistics cycle , provide a basis for further information technology shipbuilding.
