摘要
Excel应用广泛,具有存储、计算和统计分析数据等功能,常用于管理和分析数据信息,是非常优秀的电子表格软件。而且Excel设有一个"遥控器"——VBA,利用VBA可以大大简化操作,进而提高效率,更能发挥Excel的强大功能。本文先介绍并比较几种在Excel中实现玉米数量性状统计的方法,然后再提出用VBA进行高效统计的实现方法。此方法稍加修改还可以用于人口结构统计、职工工龄统计、教师教龄统计和一些试验数据统计等等。
Excel had the functions of storing,calculating and analyzing data,which are often used to manage and analyze the data information,so it is a widely used spreadsheet software. And Excel had a ＂ remote control＂-VBA,the use of VBA could greatly simplify the operation,and thus improve efficiency,but also strengthen the function of Excel. This paper firstly introduces and compares several method of statistics of quantitative characters of Maize by Excel,then puts forward efficient statistics with VBA. This method with slight modification could also be used to the age structure of the population statistics,the worker working statistics,the teacher teaching experience statistics and some test data statistics and so on.
