摘要
目的:观察舒适护理联合生化汤促进初产妇产后恢复的临床疗效。方法:选择2012年3月—2013年12月在本院妇产科自然分娩的初产妇130例,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各65例。对照组仅进行产科基础护理,试验组在产科基础护理的基础上进行舒适护理,同时口服生化汤,每日1剂,早晚分服每次300 m L。观察两组患者的平均住院时间、产后恶露排净时间、睡眠质量、抑郁评分、焦虑评分和护理满意度。结果:试验组产妇平均住院时间和产后恶露排净时间明显减少,抑郁评分和焦虑评分显著降低,睡眠质量和护理满意度显著提高,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒适护理联合生化汤能够有效促进初产妇产后康复。
Objective：To observe the clinical effect of comfortable nursing in combination with Engendering and Transforming De- coction on postpartum rehabilitation of primiparae. Methods：One hundred and thirty primiparae who had a natural childbirth in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in our hospital from March 2012 to December 2013 were ehosen and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 65 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were only given basic nursing,while the ones in the experimental group were added eomfortable nursing in combination with Engendering and Transfor- ming Decoction for oral administration,one agent daily which is taken by 300 mL each time and twice a day based on lhe treat- ment of the control group. Then the two groups＇ average hospitalization time,postpartum lochia drain time, sleep quality, depres- sinn score,anxiety score and nursing satisfaction degree were observed. Resuhs：The experimental group＇s average hospitalization time,and postpartum lochia drain time obviously reduced; Depression score and anxiety score obviously decreased, while sleep quality and nursing satisfaetion degree significantly improved;Cnmpared with the control group,all the differences between them had significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：Comfortable nmrsing in combination with Engendering and Transfnrming Decoeting has a remarkable effect on improving postpartum rehabilitation of primiparae.
