矿用碳纤维复合PA6叶轮加工工艺研究

摘要 将自制的矿用碳纤维复合PA6材料注塑成型矿用叶轮制品,应用正交试验法研究了成型过程中工艺条件的温度、压力、速度、时间对成型叶轮的外观和翘曲变形量的影响,找到了相对更好的成型工艺条件。并对比分别在最高230℃和250℃温度条件下的叶轮叶片拉伸断裂力,结果表明在230℃成型的叶轮叶片拉伸断裂力更大。 The impeller product for mining was made of self-made carbon fiber nylon 6 (PA6) composite material by injection molding. The orthogonal test was used to study the influence of temperature, pressure, speed and time on the appearance and warping of the molding impeller, and relatively better molding process conditions were found. And the tensile stress of the impeller blades at the maximum temperature of 230℃ and 250℃respectively was compared. The results show that the fracture tensile stress of the impeller at 230 ℃ is better.
