摘要
首先对天然淀粉以不同的温度(40-80℃)进行干燥预处理,然后以甘油为增塑剂,制备出热塑性淀粉塑料。通过电子拉力机、摆锤冲击试验机、转矩流变仪和挤出毛细管流变仪分别研究了不同热处理对热塑性淀粉塑料的力学以及流变加工性能的影响。结果表明,对淀粉进行热处理,可有效提高材料的力学性能,当温度为70℃时,具有最大的拉伸强度;综合考虑,当温度为60℃时,体系具有最佳的力学和加工成型性能。
In this work, thermoplastic starch (TPS) was obtained with glycerol as the plasticizer via heat treatment of corn starch at different temperatures ( 40 - 80℃ ). The effect of the heat treatment temperature on the mechanical properties and processability of TPS were investigated by electronic tensile machine, pendulum impact-testing machines, torque and extrusion capillary rheometer. The results show that heat treatment can improve mechanical properties of TPS effectively. The highest tensile strength was obtained when TPS was treated at 70℃. Generally, the optimum heat treatment temperature would be 60℃ according to the mechanical properties and processability of TPS.
