河南省安阳市新碘盐标准实施前后居民碘营养对比分析 被引量:5

A contrast analysis of iodine nutrition levels of residents before and after implementing the new standard of iodized salt in Anyang of Henan Province

摘要 目的了锵安阳市新的《食用盐碘含量》标准实施前后居民碘营养水平变化情况,为适时调整防治策略提供依据。方法2009年(实施前)和2013年(实施后),选择安阳市3个不同水碘含量的林州市、汤阴县、滑县作为调查县(市),在3个调查县(市)开展监测,包括居民饮用水水碘、居民户食用盐盐碘、8-10岁儿童和孕妇尿碘等,并将监测数据进行对比分析。结果2009年,林州市、汤阴县、滑县饮用水水碘含量范围为0.76-164.87μg/L,水碘中位数分别为1.18、5.37、36.40μg/L,3个县水碘比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=52.60,P〈0.05)。2009年采集盐样864份,盐碘中位数为30.94mg/kg:采集儿童和孕妇尿样分别为298和155份,尿碘中位数分别为360.20、303.90μg/L。2013年,在3个县(市)采集盐样900份,盐碘中位数为25.04mg/kg;采集儿童和孕妇尿样分别为134和147份,尿碘中位数分别为209.55、185.80μg/L。儿童和孕妇尿碘水平与2009年比较。也明显降低(Z=-8.51、-4.81,P均〈0.05)。结论安阳市执行新标准之后,水碘含量不同的3个县(市)居民碘摄入量下降,儿童及孕妇尿碘水平下降,但总体上仍满足正常人群及特殊人群的摄入标准。 Objective To study the change of iodine nutrition levels of rural residents before and after implementing the new standard of iodized salt in Anyang, and to provide a theoretical basis for adjusting the strategy of prevention and treatment timely. Method Linzhou City, Tangyin County and Hua County were selected as three different water iodine concentration counties in Anyang City in 2009 (before mplementing the new standard of iodized salt) and 2013 (after implementing the new standard of iodized salt), the monitoring data which include water iodine of drinking-water, salt-iodine of households, urine iodine of children aged 8 to 10 and pregnant women were collected, compared and analyzed. Results The water iodine concentration range of Linzhou City, Tangyin County and Hua County in 2009 was 0.76 - 164.87 μg/L, the medians of water iodine were 1.18, 5.37 and 36.40 μg/L, respectively. The differences of water iodine of the three counties were statistically significant (χ2 = 52.60, P 〈 0.05). Totally 864 iodized salt samples were collected in 2009, the median of iodized salt was 30.94 mg/kg. Totally 298 and 155 urine samples of children and pregnant women were collected; the medians were 360.20 and 303.90μg/L, respectively. Totally 900 iodized salt samples were collected in 2013, the median of iodized salt was 25.04 mg/kg. Totally 134 and 147 urine samples of children and pregnant women were collected; the medians were 209.55 and 185.80μg/L, respectively. The resident iodine intake of children and pregnant women were lower than those of 2009 (Z = - 8.51, - 4.81, all P 〈 0.05) . Conclusion After implementing the new standard in Anyang City, the iodine intake of rural resident has decreased, the levels of urinary iodine of children and pregnant women have decreased to varying degrees, but the intake of normal population and special people has still reached the standard in general.
