摘要
比较研究了减压水蒸气蒸馏法和亚临界水萃取法对灵香草精油得率、组成以及品质的影响。结果表明,亚临界水萃取法是较为理想的提取灵香草精油的方法。采用亚临界水萃取,压力8 MPa,温度150℃,萃取2 h所得灵香草精油的得率为3.54%。通过GC-MS共可鉴定出23种挥发性成分,主要成分以小分子酯类、苯乙酮、9,12,15-十八碳三烯酸甲酯、9,12-十八碳二烯酸、十六酸、十七酸、十七酸乙酯和9,12,15-十八碳三烯酸乙酯为主。灵香草精油应用于卷烟芯线加香可增补甜香和果香香韵,降低口腔、喉部刺激性和干燥感,改善口感。
Different methods including steaming distillation at reduced pressure and subcritical water extraction were employed to extract the essential oil from Lysimachiafoenum-graecum Hance. It was indicated that the subcritical water extraction was more suitable through comparing the yield, constituents and quality of the oil. The yield of essential oil obtained by extracting the Lysimachiafoenum-graecum Hance with subcritical water extraction was 3.54% under conditions as followings: pressure of 8 MPa, temperature of 150 ℃, time of 2 h. Twenty-three ingredients were identified by GC-MS from the oil. The practical effects of perfuming indicated that special fragrant was endowed and smoking and moist quality of cigarette were improved.
