摘要
目的:对中医药疗法治疗失禁性皮炎(IAD)的疗效进行Meta分析。方法:计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库、维普中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、PubMed、Cochrane数据库、JBI循证护理中心图书馆等数据库,均从建库检索至2016年6月,按纳入及排除标准筛选文献,由两位研究者独立进行质量评价及数据提取,采用Rev Man5.0软件进行Meta分析。结果:共检索到192篇文献,最终纳入15篇,均为随机对照试验(RCT),共818例患者。Meta分析结果显示,观察组治疗IAD的总有效率明显高于对照组(OR=10.36,95%CI 6.00~17.89,Z=8.38,P<0.000 01),且平均愈合时间更短(MD=-2.48,95%CI为-3.06^-1.91,Z=8.47,P<0.000 01)。结论:中医药疗法对治疗IAD有显著疗效,但由于纳入研究的方法学质量较低,用于临床指导时应慎重。
Objective： To evaluate the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）therapy for incontinence-associated dermatitis （IAD）. Methods： Electronic English and Chinese databases including China National Knowledge Infrastructure （CNKI）, Med Database, VIP Journal Integration （ VJIP）, （CBM）, Chinese Biomedical Literature PubMed, Cochrane Library and dence-based nursing center library were Wanfang Platform Database JBI eviused for key words searching in a highly sensitive search strategy. The extracted data were analyzed by the Review Manager 5.0. Results： Fifteen randomized controlled trials （RCT） involving 818 participants were included in the meta analysis. Meta analysis showed that TCM therapy had a higher total effective rate and a shorter healing time than the conventional therapy （OR=- 10.36, 95%CI：6.00-17.89,Z=8.38, P 〈0. 000 01 ; MD =-2.48, 95%CI：-3.06 to -1.91, Z=8.47, Pal0.000 01）. Conclusion： TCM therapy has potential therapeutic benefits for IAD, but it should be cautious when used in clinical practice due to the poor meth- odological quality of the enrolled study.
