摘要 为解决夏季高温时段热负荷大,火电空冷机组出力不足,发电煤耗高、运行经济性低等问题,提出空冷尖峰冷却技术。并结合尖峰冷却装置的型式,从其机理、技术特点、工程应用方案、应用安全性等方面展开讨论。结果表明:空冷尖峰冷却技术能够降低机组背压,减少煤耗,提高汽轮机机组运行可靠性。 As thermal power air cooling unit in north China is in operation, air cooling units design, manufacture, installation, operation and maintenance level are constantly improved, but there are also some issues because air temperature is too high, the high back pressure caused by the limit load, even the high back pressure unit wil couse accidents. It is found that air cooling peak cooling can be used to solve this problem, such as reducing the unit back pressure and coal consumption, enhancing reliability steam turbine unit. Combining with the peak cooling device model, from the mechanism, technical characteristics and engineering application solutions and application security technology research, suggestions are put forward.
