摘要
公安院校作为我国大中专院校体系的特殊组成部分,承担着为公安队伍输送后备人才的重要责任。加强和改进公安院校学生思想政治教育工作既是应对国际新形势的客观要求,也是落实政治建警的生动实践。然而,当前公安院校思政工作中依然存在着诸如对规章制度执行力不足,忽视学生自主性教育等问题。因此,亟需从完善量化考核机制;严格警务化管理;开展各类活动丰富思想政治教育形式;结合传统文化,构建正确价值观等多个方面来加强和改进公安院校大学生的思想政治教育工作。
Public security colleges is a special part of the colleges in China. It plays an important role for replenishing the police team force. However, in the new situation, ideological and political education work of public security colleges faced with multiple challenges. In daily work, there are some problems , such as poor execution , neglecting students＇ autonomy education and becoming formality. So it＇s urgent to improve and strengthen nurturance education, rich the form of ideological education, combined with traditional culture to build students＇ values, improve the appealing and persuasion of ideological and political theory, so it is can improve the work of ideological and political education of public security college.
