摘要
选用合成过程中需要脱水量较大的高氮呋喃树脂,采用多聚甲醛代替部分液体甲醛,进行了呋喃树脂的合成试验研究。通过正交试验优化了原料配比及合成工艺,获得了足够高的工艺强度,并且通过添加助剂,进一步地降低了粘度及游离甲醛,整个合成过程无废水排放。最后采用红外光谱对合成产物进行了表征。
The synthesis process of a no-bake high nitrogen furan resin which could bring more waste water was researched, and a certain amount of paraformaldehyde was used instead of part of the liquid formaldehyde. Through an orthogonal test, the ratio of raw material and synthesis process were optimized, the enough high strength of furan resin sand was obtained. The viscosity of resin and the free formaldehyde in resin were reduced to a lower level by adding some additives in the production of resin. There was no waste water produced in the whole resin synthetic process. Finally the synthetic products were characterized by IR.
