摘要
目的探究匹多莫德及内舒拿对儿童鼻后滴漏综合症的疗效。方法选择在我院就诊的67例鼻后滴漏综合症患儿。随机将所有患儿分为对照组21例、内舒拿组23例和匹多莫德组23例共三组。对照组根据病因采用抗过敏、抗感染药物治疗;内舒拿组在对照组治疗的基础上给予内舒拿喷鼻;匹多莫德组在内舒拿组治疗的基础上给予匹多莫德口服。各组治疗的时间均为2个月。所有患儿治疗结束(停药)后随访半年,观察复发情况和调查患儿家长满意度。结果匹多莫德组与对照组和内舒拿组相比较,临床疗效为显效的患儿数明显升高(P<0.05);治疗后六个月复查发现对照组和内舒拿组均有复发患儿,而匹多莫德组无复发情况;匹多莫德组与其他两组相比,满意例数和比例均上升明显,与其他两组均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论匹多莫德联合内舒拿治疗鼻后滴漏综合症患儿的疗效显著,有效改善患儿的生活质量,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To evaluate the combination of pidotimod and nasonex for treatment with children with postnasal drip syndrome （PNDs）. Methods A total of 67 children with PNDs were investigated in this study. All cases were randomly divided into control group （21 cases） and nasonex group （23 cases） as well as pidotimed group （23 cases）. The control group received anti -al- lergic and anti - infective therapy. Nasonex group were treat with nasonex and other therapy as same as control group, while pidotimed group took piditimed and nasonex, also based on the control group. Each group of treatment for two months. The efficacies and treatment satisfaction were observed when after the end of treatment for six months. Results The clinic efficacy in pidotimed group were significantly higher compared with control group and nasonex group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. After the end of treatment for three and six months, there were PNDs relapse in children in control and nasonex group, but no relase in children in pidotimed group. In addition, treatment satisfaction in pidotimed group were significantly higher compared with control group and nasonex group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Combination of pidotimod and nasonex for treatment PNDs children improve clinic efficacy and quality of life. It is worthy for clinical treatment for PNDs children.
