摘要
对培训青少年篮球投篮技术进行优化仿真,可提高篮球日常的训练质量。进行篮球投篮技术进行优化仿真时,应采集对青少年投篮技术水平影响样本,计算不同训练负荷阶段青少年投篮技术的变化特点,对投篮培训时间、强度和投篮技术水平面进行训练,但是传统方法通过将该投篮样本和特征作为神经网络拓扑结构的输入与输出值,组建模型对青少年投篮技术优化模型,但是缺少对投篮培训时间、强度和投篮技术水平面进行训练的过程,无法真正的提高篮球投篮的水平。提出基于回归分析的培训青少年篮球投篮技术优化方法。先采集历史关于培训对青少年投篮技术水平影响样本,得到影响青少年投篮技术水平的因素集合,计算出不同训练负荷阶段青少年投篮技术的变化特点,估计出培训能够促使投篮技术与篮球日常训练的最佳阶段,借鉴回归分析思想理论培训时间、强度和投篮技术水平面、能量消耗关系模型。仿真结果证明,所提模型统计精确度较高,可以统计出培训对投篮技术水平的影响,提高篮球的投篮技术。
In this paper, we proposed an optimization method for shoot technology training of teenager basketball based on the regression analysis. Firstly, we collected the historical influence sample of training on the teenager shooting technology level and obtained the factor set influencing shooting technology level of teenager. Then, we calculated the variation characteristic of shoot technology at different training load stage and estimated the optimum stage of train promoting shooting technology and basketball daily training. Finally, we built the relation model between the shoot training time, strength and shoot technology level and energy consumption. The simulation results show that the model mentioned above has higher statistics precision. It can calculate out the influence of training on shooting technology level and improve the shooting technology.
