摘要
通过设计一个新的热电老化试验平台,对抽水蓄能电站发电电动机定子线棒主绝缘进行了热电老化试验,在不同的老化阶段测试了线棒的介质损耗因数、电容和泄漏电流等性能。结果表明:随老化时间的延长,定子线棒的介质损耗因数及其增量、电容增量均有所增大,而定子线棒的电容随老化时间延长而减小。定子线棒的泄漏电流随老化时间延长变化不明显,吸收比略有增加。
A new thermoelectric ageing test platform was designed to conduct thermoelectric ageing test for the stator bar main insulation of pumped storage generator, and the dielectric loss factor, capacitance, and leakage current of the stator bar under different thermoelectric ageing stages were tested. The results show that with the extension of ageing time, the dielectric loss factor and its increment and the capacitance increment of the stator bar increase, while the capacitance of the stator bar decreases. The leakage current of the stator bar does not change significantly during the ageing process, while the absorption ratio increases slightly.
