摘要
针对减速器主轴圆锥滚子轴承在工作中处在负载和热的同时作用下的情况,运用ABAQUS分析软件对轴承按照顺序耦合法,对轴承先进行温度场的分析,得到轴承在工作中各部分的温度分布云图及数据;再把分析结果带入到轴承的接触应力分析之中,从而得到主轴轴承在热力耦合作用下的应力分布情况,同时比较外圈、内圈和滚子在工作中的应力分布情况,为之后对轴承的寿命分析等研究提供依据。
In view of the reducer shaft taper roller bearing working under tile action of load and heal at the same time, the analysis software of ABAQUS to bearitlg coupling method in accordance with the order is used In analyze the temperature field first, and the temperature distribution cloud picture and its data of the each part of the bearing in working are Rot; then, the resnhs are put into the bearing contact stress analysis, and the stress distribution of the main shaft bearing under the effect of thermal coupling is obtained, at the same time, the stress distributions of the outer ring, inner ring and roller in working are compared, for providing a basis for the reseaarch on the service life of betu'ing analysis.
