生物淋滤技术对城市污泥中高浓度重金属的去除 被引量:6

Removal of high strength heavy metals from sewage sludge by bioleaching technology

摘要 实验以单质硫粉作为能源基质,考查了生物淋滤技术针对城市污泥中高浓度重金属的去除效果,探讨了生物淋滤处置前后污泥中重金属的形态变化规律。结果表明,生物淋滤技术能够有效去除污泥中的高浓度重金属。在硫粉投加量为4 g·L^(-1)、HRT为5 d、污泥回流比为50%、污泥浓度为4%、温度为30℃的条件下,生物淋滤系统pH值可降低至1.5左右,污泥中残留重金属Zn、Cu、Cr、Ni分别可降低至400、400、900和200 mg·kg^(-1)左右,达到了《城镇污水处理厂污泥处置林地用泥质》(CJ/T 362^(-2)011)标准重金属限值。生物淋滤处置后,污泥中残留重金属Zn、Cu、Cr、Ni均主要以稳定形态存在,环境风险较低,为进行土地利用奠定了物质基础。 Adopting sulfur as an energy substrate,the removal efficiencies of high-strength heavy metals from sewage sludge by bioleaching were studied in this work. The speciation of heavy metals before and after bioleaching was analyzed. The results showed that when operating at a sulfur dosage of 4 g·L^-1,HRT 5 d,sludge return ratio 50%,sludge concentration 4%,and reaction temperature 30 ℃,the system pH dropped to about1. 5,and the residual Zn,Cu,Cr,and Ni in the sludge decreased to about 400,400,900,and 200 mg ·kg^-1,respectively. These results met the requirements for Disposal of Sludge from Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant Quality of Sludge Used in Forestland( CJ/T 362-2011). The residual Zn,Cu,Cr,and Ni in the sludge were mostly stable species after bioleaching,and the environmental risk from them was greatly reduced.
