摘要
为了对智能变电站二次设备的性能进行正确评估和对运维管理提供可靠依据,研究了智能变电站二次设备的性能评估技术。针对可能的影响因素和从运行反馈的实际问题,选取了智能变电站二次设备性能评估指标体系的主要方面进行了分析,按照不同类型设备的特点,分别补充并最终建立各自的性能评估指标体系,提出基于ANN的专家系统理论。在基于ANN的专家系统理论的基础上,设计了多模块协同互动的变电站故障信息分析决策系统,实现了变电站故障的自动和辅助决策处理,对电力系统的安全稳定运行有着重要的参考价值。
In order to correctly evaluate the performance of the seeondary equipment of the smart substation and provide reliable basis for operation and maintenance management, this paper focuses on the research of the pertormance evaluation technology of the secondary equipment of the smart substathm. Aiming at the potential influencing factor and problems fed back frum Ihe practical operation, the paper selects and analy- zes the main aspect of the performance evaluation index system of the secondary equipment of the smart substation and accord- ing to characteristics of different types of devices, supplement and then establish the performance evaluation index system tor each device respeetively, and finally proposes an expert system based on ANN theory. On the basis of the above-mentioned, the paper has designed the substation fault information analysis deeision system characteristic of the multi module synergistic interaction, and realized the automatic and auxiliary decision- making for substation faults, which smwes to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power system.
