摘要
采用SEM和拉伸实验研究了退火温度、退火时间对冷轧后的30CrMo钢的显微组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明,随保温时间的延长,铁素体晶粒发生再结晶形核长大,碳化物颗粒在晶界析出并且粗化,其强度随着晶粒的长大而降低;当保温时间一定时,随着退火温度升高,铁素体晶粒和碳化物颗粒尺寸增加,强度降低。在650℃保温1 h退火后,铁素体平均晶粒尺寸达到0.56μm,屈服强度达到601 MPa,伸长率19.14%。此外,拉伸断口形貌均为韧性断裂。
The effects of annealing temperature and annealing time on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 30CrMo steel after cold rolling were studied by SEM and tensile tests. The results show that, with the extension of the holding time, the ferrite grain produces recrystallizated nucleation and growth, carbide particles precipitate and coarsen in grain boundaries while its strength decreases with the growth of the grain; with the annealing temperature increasing, the grain size of the ferrite and carbide increase and the strength decreases when holding time is certain. The average grain size of ferrite reaches 0.56 μm, the yield strength reaches 601 MPa, and the total elongation is 19.14% after annealing at 650℃ for 1 h. Furthermore, the tensile fracture morphologies are ductile fracture.
