摘要
选取YCJ501-1药芯焊丝作为研究对象,采用单因素对比试验的方法,研究了YCJ501-1焊丝中氟化钠含量对熔敷金属扩散氢含量的影响。结果表明,YCJ501-1焊丝中氟化钠含量为12%时,熔敷金属中的扩散氢含量大幅降低,提高了焊接接头的抗裂能力。
Taking YCJ501-1 flux cored wire as study object, the effect of sodium fluoride content in YCJ501-1 wire on the diffusible hydrogen content of deposited metal was studied by the method of single factor contrast test. The results show that when the sodium fluoride content in YCJ501-1 wire is 12%, the diffusible hydrogen content of deposited metal reduces significantly,which improves the crack resistance of welded joint.
