不同泡桐无性系埋根育苗特性及幼苗生长节律 被引量:6

The Characteristics of Culture Seedlings by Burying Roots and Growth Rhythm of Different Paulownia Clones

摘要 以8个泡桐无性系种根为材料进行埋根育苗,测定发芽率、发芽势、发芽持续时间、幼苗苗高、地径、着叶数、总叶面积等指标,并对其发芽特性和幼苗生长节律进行研究。结果表明,不同泡桐无性系种根的发芽率、发芽势、萌发初始期和持续发芽时间之间均有较大差异。苗高生长、地径生长趋势均呈明显的"S"型曲线,但不同无性系间差异极显著。总体可以划分为出苗期(5月中旬以前)、生长前期(6月到7月上旬)、速生期(高生长为7月中旬到8月下旬、地径生长为7月中旬到9月中旬)、生长后期(高生长为9月初到10月初、地径生长为9月下旬到10月中下旬)4个阶段。综合发芽能力和生长指标来看,‘毛白33’‘9502’‘宜昌11号’均优于其他无性系,具有较大的竞争优势。 The roots of 8 Paulowniaclones were cultured seedlings by burying roots,the germination rate,the germination capacity,the duration of germination,height,basal diameter,number of leaves,the total leaf area of seedlings were analyzed to study the germination characteristics and growth rhythm of seedlings.The results showed that there were significant differences in the germination rate,germination capacity and the duration of germination among seed roots different Paulownia clones.The growth rhythm of height and diameter both showed a"S"type curve,but there was a significant difference(P〈0.01)in different Paulowniaclones.The process could be divided into four stages in general:the seedling germination stage(before mid May),the early growth stage(from June to early July),the fast growing stage(from mid July to late Augest for seedling height and from mid July to mid September for ground diameter),and late growth stage(from early September to early October for seedling height and from late September to late October for ground diameter).‘Mb33'‘9502'and‘Ych11'clones had more competitive advantage and were superior to other clones based on germination ability and growth index.
