摘要
文章推导了Poynting-Thomson模型的运动方程,研究了激扰频率和幅值对模型等效动态刚度的影响规律。通过建立带变刚度定位节点的车辆系统动力学模型,对比固定刚度定位节点,分析了车辆蛇行运动稳定性和曲线通过性能。计算结果表明:变刚度定位节点在低频激励下体现软特性,在高频激励下体现硬特性;激扰幅值对等效刚度影响较小。与传统车辆相比,采用变刚度定位节点的车辆仍具有足够的蛇行运动稳定性裕量,且曲线通过性能得到明显改善。
The motion equation with PoyntingThomson model is derived.The regular pattern of effect of the excitation frequency and amplitude on the equivalent dynamics stiffness of the model is researched.By setting up the dynamics model of vehicle system with the positioning nodal point with variable stiffness and comparing with that of the positioning nodal point with fixed stiffness,the hunting stability and curve negotiation performance of the vehicle are analyzed.The calculation result shows that the positioning nodal point with variable stiffness reflects the soft features under low-frequency excitation and reflects the hard features under high-frequency excitation.The excitation amplitude has fairly small effect on the equivalent stiffness.In comparison with traditional vehicles,the vehicle with positioning nodal point with variable stiffness has enough margins in hunting stability,and the curve negotiation performance has been improved remarkably.
