摘要
水性免中涂涂装工艺是汽车制造行业目前开发的最新涂装技术,不仅优化了涂装过程,还实现了节能减排并较大降低了汽车厂的生产成本,受到越来越多汽车制造厂商的采纳和运用,被认为是当前最具发展潜力的涂装技术之一。本文主要介绍了免中涂工艺在汽车行业中的应用背景、工艺特点,与传统的三涂两烘(3C2B)工艺的对比,以及免中涂工艺的工艺特点导致其对钢板表面质量要求发生的变化。
The intercoat-free coating process is the newest technology of automobile manufacturing industry,which is not only optimizing painting process, but also reducing energy emission and the cost. Right now, more and more automobile manufacturers are adopting this technology as it is considered to be one technology with the greatest potential. With a contrast to the traditional technology of 3C2B, this paper mainly introduces the applications and technical characteristics of the intercoat-free coating process lest it requires better surface quality of steel plate.
