摘要 随着石化、建筑、桥梁、造船等行业对大型高强钢结构不预热、不焊后热处理焊接的需求的增加,高强度低裂纹敏感性钢板的开发和应用日益广泛。分析了低焊接裂纹敏感性高强度钢板的技术和性能特点,从成分设计、组织和性能控制等方面讨论了此类钢的生产工艺及国内外主要企业的发展现状。介绍了舞钢公司非调质低焊接裂纹敏感性高强钢的开发及生产现状。 The high - strength steel with low sensibility for welding cracks is getting widely developed and applied day by day, along with the increased requirements for welding without pre - heating and post - weld heat treatment in large - scale steel structure in industries of petrochemical, construction, bridge, shipbuilding. The technique and performance features of high - strength steel plate with low sensibility for welding cracks are analyzed, its production process and present development situation in main businesses at home and abroad are discussed from the aspects of composition design, structure and performance control. It is introduced the development and present production situation of this kind of steel in Wu Steel.
