摘要 针对汽车变速器壳体局部变形失效的问题,提出一种基于变速器壳体关键点的动态刚度评价方法。以某前橫置变速器壳体为研究对象,借助于Radioss仿真软件,通过原点动刚度分析,获得轴承孔处的动刚度特性,从中获取未达到刚度目标的频率区间。针对未达标的频率区间进行模态分析,得到变速器后壳体尾部的振幅较大。研究表明:在频率300~350 Hz范围内,输入轴和输出轴右轴承孔动态刚度不足,变速器后壳体尾部振幅较大,基于变速器壳体关键点的动态刚度评价方法能直接反应壳体结构与变形的关系并准确找到壳体局部変形部位。 In order to solve the local deformation failure of the automobile transmission housing, a method of evaluating dynam- ic stiffness about the key position of transmission housing was presented. The pre-transverse transmission housing taken as the research object, dynamic stiffness characteristics of bearing hole were acquired by dynamic stiffness analysis of the origin based on Radioss, the frequencies intervals which did not reach stiffness goals were obtained and modal analysis was carried out. The biggest amplitude was found at the end of the rear housing. The results showed that the right bearing hole of input shaft and out- put shaft was not strong enough in dynamic stiffness, and the amplitude at the rear housing tail of the gearbox was large in the range of frequencies intervals from 300 Hz to 350 Hz. The relationship between the housing structure and deformation was re- flected directly by the method of evaluating dynamic stiffness about the key position of transmission housing, and the local deformation was found accurately.
