摘要
农用单缸柴油机的制造精度和技术水平低,性能一致性差。考虑到一些重要发动机参数的波动对发动机性能有重要影响,通过GT-power软件以及实验设计(DOE)对单缸柴油机进行了重要参数与发动机性能间的相关性分析。研究发现,在波动范围内,喷油量对单缸柴油机的综合性能影响最大,其次分别是喷油时刻以及压缩比。建议通过适当提高喷油泵、喷油嘴以及曲轴连杆机构制造精度等措施来提高该发动机综合性能的一致性。
Currently, agricultural single-cylinder diesel engines have some features such as low level of manufacturing precision and technology and poor consistency of performance. Considering the fluctuation of some important parameters of the engine has significant influence on the engine performance, the correlation between important parameters of single cylinder diesel engine and engine performance is researched through the GT power software and Design of Experiments (DOE) theory. The study found that in the fluctuation range, the impact of fuel injection quantity to comprehensive performance of single-cylinder diesel engine is the biggest, followed by the injection timing and compression ratio. It was suggested that the consistency of the overall perfor- mance of the engine can be improved by appropriately increasing the manufacturing accuracy of the fuel injection pump, the noz- zle and the crankshaft linkage mechanism.
