摘要
以稀硫酸为浸出剂,对含In0.6%的氧化铟烟尘,进行了浸出终酸、浸出温度、浸出时间、浸出液固比以及氧气分压对铟浸出率影响的试验研究。试验结果表明,在终酸浓度100克/升、温度为90℃、时间180min、液固比5:1、氧气分压0.1MPa、搅拌速度300r/min的条件下,铟浸出率为97%;在温度105℃处,铟浸出率出现拐点。
Dilute sulphuric acid is used as leaching agent to leach indium oxide fume which contains 0.6% indium to study the influence of final acid concentration, temperature, time, liquid-solid ratio and oxygen partial pressure on indium leaching rate. The Experimental result shows that, under the following conditions: final acid concentration-100g/L, leaching temperature-90℃, leaching time reaches-180mins, liquid-solid ratio-5:1, oxygen partial pressure-0.1MPa, and stirring speed-300r/min, indium leaching rate can reach to 97% ; and indium leaching rate appears a inflection point at 105℃.
